Aeronautical studies provide key insights on the possibility of the grant of higher heights and are essential for high-rise development around an aerodrome especially when developers are not satisfied with the height obtained through a regular AAI NOC.

These studies highlight important calculations w.r.t. AGA, CNS, and PANS-OPS surfaces including shielding benefits and advise the estimated height that the client can get at the end of the appeal process. This helps developers make a decision about the viability of the Appeal process considering the hefty government fees and extensive timeframe associated with it. All calculations are made in accordance with GSR 751(E), ICAO Annex 14, ICAO Annex 10, and ICAO DOC8168.
